Why TheDeki

Built to grow your revenue.

01

Built to Convert

Every design and development decision is driven by what makes visitors buy — not what looks impressive in a demo or a portfolio.

02

New Revenue Unlocked

Subscriptions, B2B wholesale, international markets — revenue streams your current platform makes painful or impossible.

03

Speed That Sells

Our stores consistently hit 90+ PageSpeed. Every 100ms of load time costs you conversions — we treat performance as a revenue metric.

04

Scales With You

We scope for where you're going, not just where you are today. Architecture built for growth means you won't need a rebuild in 18 months.

How We Work

Every decision
we make is a
growth decision.

We don't measure success by how complex the build was or how many features shipped. We measure it by what happens to your revenue after launch — and we architect every project around that outcome from day one.

📈

Revenue is the only scorecard

Launches don't excite us — growth does. Every feature, design choice, and integration is evaluated against one question: will this make your store sell more?

🔓

We find the revenue you're leaving behind

Before writing a line of code, we identify what's holding your store back — checkout friction, blocked channels, speed issues, missing integrations. Then we fix them in order of revenue impact.

🚀

Built for where you're going

We scope for your next growth phase, not just your current one. Scalable OS 2.0 architecture, performant Liquid, and flexible sections — so you never need a full rebuild just because your store grew.

It depends on what's holding you back now. Shop Pay alone lifts checkout conversion by an average of 18% across Shopify's global merchant base. Add speed improvements (+8%), Shopify Markets for international expansion (+9%), and subscriptions (+7%) — most migrating brands see meaningful GMV growth within the first 90 days. Use our free calculator to get a projection based on your actual store.
Most migrations take 4–12 weeks depending on your product catalogue size, existing integrations, and any custom features. A standard WooCommerce or BigCommerce store with under 5,000 products typically lands in the 4–6 week range. We'll give you a fixed timeline in your free audit before any work begins — no surprises.
Not if the migration is done properly. We handle all 301 redirects, preserve your URL structure where possible, migrate meta titles and descriptions, and submit updated sitemaps to Google. Our migrations are SEO-first by default — most clients see no meaningful ranking drop, and many improve because Shopify's faster load times are a ranking signal.
Migrations start from ,500 for straightforward stores and scale based on complexity — product count, custom integrations, design work, and any bespoke features. Use our free calculator for a personalised estimate in 2 minutes, or get in touch and we'll scope it on a free call.
Everything migrates. Products, variants, collections, customer records, order history, and reviews all move across. We use a combination of Shopify's native import tools and custom scripts to ensure nothing is lost or duplicated — and we run a full data audit before going live.
Most growing brands don't need Shopify Plus until they're doing 00K+/month in revenue. We'll recommend the right plan for your revenue stage — we don't upsell you into a tier you don't need. Standard Shopify handles the vast majority of DTC use cases extremely well.
Yes — custom Liquid, OS 2.0 app blocks, Checkout Extensions, and Storefront API integrations are core to what we do. If an app hits its ceiling, we build exactly what you need from scratch. No workarounds, no duct tape.
Yes. We offer retainer-based support packages for ongoing development, conversion rate optimisation, and technical maintenance. Many clients stay with us long-term as their Shopify development partner — because keeping a store growing takes more than a one-off build.
Yes. We build and test your new Shopify store in a separate environment while your existing store stays live and takes orders. The switchover is a single DNS change that typically takes under an hour — most clients do it outside peak trading hours to minimise any impact.
We migrate from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Volusion, and custom-built platforms. Each platform has its own quirks — WooCommerce stores often have complex plugin dependencies, Magento migrations typically involve larger catalogues and custom checkout flows. We've handled all of them.
That's your choice. We can rebuild your existing design pixel-for-pixel on Shopify, or we can redesign it entirely using OS 2.0. Most clients take the migration as an opportunity to upgrade the design — since you're rebuilding anyway, it rarely costs much more to do it right.
Yes. Shopify handles large catalogues well, and Shopify Plus handles very large ones at scale. The key is how your collections, metafields, and filters are structured. We architect catalogues from the start to stay fast and navigable regardless of size.
Shopify has built-in B2B features on Shopify Plus — custom pricing per customer, net payment terms, company accounts, and draft orders. For standard Shopify, we can implement B2B functionality using apps or custom development. B2B on Shopify has come a long way and is a serious option for most wholesale use cases.
Shopify Markets lets you sell in multiple countries from a single store — with localised pricing, currencies, languages, and domains. It's one of the strongest reasons to move to Shopify if you have international ambitions. We set up Markets as part of most migrations for clients targeting more than one region.
Shopify supports 100+ payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Braintree, and regional options for the US, UK, and Europe. Shopify Payments (their native gateway) is the simplest option and removes transaction fees entirely. We'll recommend the right setup for your market and customer base.
Yes, with some planning. We migrate subscription products and, where possible, transfer active subscriber records to your new subscription app on Shopify (ReCharge, Skio, or Stay AI are the main options). Subscribers typically need to re-enter payment details due to PCI compliance rules, but we handle all the communication and data transfer around that.
Customer accounts migrate across — names, emails, addresses, and order history all transfer. Passwords cannot migrate due to encryption, so customers will receive a one-time password reset email when they first log in to the new store. We handle the timing and messaging of this to minimise friction.
Shopify has built-in tax calculation for the UK and EU, including VAT on digital products and support for the OSS scheme. For UK stores post-Brexit, it handles both UK and EU VAT separately. We configure tax settings correctly from the start — incorrect tax setup is one of the most common and costly migration mistakes we see.
Yes. Shopify has native integrations with NetSuite, SAP, and most major WMS platforms, plus a robust API for custom integrations. We've built custom ERP connectors, 3PL integrations, and fulfilment automations. If your current platform can talk to it, Shopify almost certainly can too.
A theme customisation means taking an existing Shopify theme (like Dawn or Prestige) and modifying its design and sections to match your brand. A custom build means building the theme from scratch — giving you complete control over every element. Custom builds cost more but are the right choice for brands that need performance, a unique look, or features no existing theme supports.
Fixed-price for defined projects — migrations, new builds, and specific feature work. Hourly for open-ended retainer and support work where scope isn't fully defined upfront. We always agree pricing before starting. No surprise invoices.
Yes. Shopify has native integrations with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, and most major email platforms. Klaviyo in particular is deeply integrated with Shopify and is what most serious DTC brands use. We migrate your lists, flows, and segments as part of the project.
It depends entirely on your business model — we don't have a standard app stack we push on everyone. That said, most stores benefit from Klaviyo for email, Okendo or Yotpo for reviews, a reliable subscription app if relevant, and Rebuy or similar for upsells. We'll recommend what's genuinely useful for your stage and category — nothing more.
Shopify is the right choice for the vast majority of DTC and B2B eCommerce brands — especially those focused on growth. It's not ideal for highly bespoke marketplace models or platforms that need complete database-level flexibility. If you're unsure, book a free call and we'll give you an honest assessment — including if we think another platform is a better fit.
It typically goes: discovery and audit → data export and mapping → theme build → data migration and QA → integration setup → final review → launch. We give you access to a staging environment throughout so you can review progress at every stage. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Yes — and it's often the most cost-efficient time to do it. Since we're building the Shopify theme from scratch anyway, upgrading the design adds relatively little to the overall timeline and cost. Most clients migrate and redesign simultaneously rather than doing two separate projects.
